When you enter one of our fixed price servicing agreements, maximising your equipment performance is our number one priority. During our regular servicing, we will ensure that your machine has the latest available software installed free of charge.
Factory Trained Technicians
We continually invest in providing our technicians with a wide range of state of the art training. This includes John Deere Instructor Lead training, online training courses and the latest in virtual John Deere instructor training.
If your machine is fitted with JDLinkTM, our Hutcheon and Pearce TECSightTM team will monitor your engine hours and notify the service department when your machine is due for a service. This will help to ensure that a required service is never missed.
Parts and Labour Benefits
We only use genuine John Deere OEM parts and the highest quality specially formulated John Deere Plus-50 IITM oil. Any additional repairs completed by Hutcheon and Pearce during the agreement period will carry a 1 year parts and labour warranty on the work completed.
We will inspect your machine thoroughly during service intervals to ensure that potential issues are identified before it costs you downtime and added repair expense.
