Dear Hutcheon and Pearce,
I wish to thank the TECSight team for their training session last week. My husband came home from the training day raving about how much he has learnt. It is a credit to the company to have so much knowledge and expertise in your employees. The session really provoked our thoughts as to how we can better utilise our John Deere technology to get more from our machinery, save time and get the job right the first time. Knowing the TECSight team are just at the end of the phone will also be a big help when John is out in the paddock.

I recently attended the Harvester Demonstration Clinic and met with your staff in Cowra.
I would like to convey my gratitude towards the way in which Matt and his team conducted themselves. They were very professional, informative and answered all my technical questions.
It was certainly worthwhile to attend and understand how to use my header better than we did last year. I thought I knew most of it and your proved there is always a better way to optimise your machine. I found it interesting to learn from the other local fellas on what they were doing differently too.

Dear Human Resource Manager,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to your team involved with the apprentice TOPGUN recruitment process. My son Joseph, met with you at your tent last Henty Field Days and was keen to get an apprenticeship the next year. He applied and was successful in getting to the TOPGUN apprentice interview day.
We were impressed by the efforts all your staff put into the day with all the different activities and interviews. On the drive home, Jo did not stop talking about how excited he was to join Hutcheon and Pearce.
I thank you all; he has finally found what he wants to do with his life. While he is only in Year 11 and was disappointed in missing out this year, he understands now how important year 12 will be for him to apply next year. He actually wants to finish school and has been so focused on getting better results. You have given my son a future to look forward to and one in our local town too. We hope to see you next year at Top Gun’s 2016 interviews.

To whom it may concern,
I want to pass on some feedback on your Service Team. Over the years I have relied heavily on the boys to help out during sowing and harvest. This year has been surprisingly challenging with the conditions and the short window to get the crop in and off. I am not sure what I would do with our your team. The backup is a credit to you. They know the John Deere gear and always come prepared with parts for several options just in case. They are in and out of here and onto the next job. This is what the John Deere name is all about. Well done.

Dear Barry, Arron and Tom,
Rodney and I would like to thank you all on your all for helping us find a solution to the ongoing challenge we have had. We have always been John Deere loyal and after these last two weeks of problem solving will always continue to be. Problems sometimes occur, but what is important is the attitude towards fixing the problem.
