Yes. For AUR30420 you will attend 90 days at ‘TAFE’ Wagga campus per year with all the apprentices in your year. We have the best quality industry trained teachers to teach you on John Deere machinery. For AUR31020, the formal training will be self-paced learning with TAFE and a teacher will conduct on site visits to assess your progress.
No, we encourage diversity within all aspects of the company, including our HPA Apprenticeship program and highly encourage female applicants to both the mechanical and parts apprenticeships.
You will learn communication skills, the art of selling, the importance of a well set up showroom and stock control.
You will learn about engines, GPS, hydraulics and electrics to name a few.
Yes. We pay above award wages for all of our apprentices. You start on a first year rate and your rate grows as you grow.
Yes. We pay above award wages, there is usually overtime available in the branch and upon successful application, you will receive living away from home allowance from the government.
Yes. We have a dedicated Apprentice Co-Ordinator who will support you the entire way through. The mentor will manage your on boarding and admin, liaise with all parties involved with your training to be sure you are getting what you need and the mentor will conduct six monthly reviews based on your custom learning pathway.
Yes. We consider adults who have no formal training at all or someone looking for a career change.
